We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent in India. You will play a critical role in ensuring we hire the best talent to drive our company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking events) to identify and attract top technical talent.
Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Offer Management: Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of technical recruiting experience, in the tech industry.
Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
