- Hands on experience with End-End IT Recruitment
- Good understanding of US geography and IT market
- Good understanding of IT Concetps and technologies
- Should have solid experience in using various job boards such as Dice, Monster, Careerbuilder etc..
- Strong knowledge on the Various Visa types in the USA
- Adpet in various Tax Terms in the USA (W2, 1099, C2C)
- Strong experience in Sourcing, Screening and Appropriate follow ups with the candidates and ability to maintain good hold with them
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to create / Maintain a pool of potential talents
- Ability to maintain a Database/ Tracker with the potential candidates
- Excellent Communication skills
- Must be willing to work in the Night Shifts (6.30 PM IST - 3.30 AM IST)
