As a key member of our experienced recruitment team, you will play a central role in attracting and hiring exceptional technology and infrastructure talent to support the firm's growth. You will partner closely with software engineering, infrastructure, and business leaders to shape hiring strategies that align with our talent needs while ensuring a high-quality, consistent candidate experience.

- Work with technology and infrastructure leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies across software engineering, data, infrastructure, and business operations.
- Leverage data and market insights to optimise sourcing approaches, improve funnel performance, and support informed hiring decisions.
- Proactively source and engage top technical talent through a range of channels, including technical communities, professional networks, social platforms, employee referrals, and agency partners.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines across engineering, infrastructure (systems, networks, SRE), data engineering, and technical operations roles.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess technical capability, experience, and cultural fit.
- Drive an exceptional candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback throughout the full recruitment process.
- Support hiring teams in coordinating technical assessments, interviews, scheduling, and structured feedback loops.
- Stay up to date on technology and infrastructure trends, as well as market dynamics that may influence hiring needs and sourcing strategies.
Your Skills and Experience
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within technology, infrastructure, quantitative trading, or financial services.
- A proven ability to hire for specialised and highly competitive technical roles.
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage talent across engineering, infrastructure, and technical operations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of technical and infrastructure recruiting practices, including familiarity with software development, systems engineering, networks, cloud, and SRE.
