 We are seeking a skilled and passionate
Technical Writer & Community Engagement Specialist to join our company. This hybrid role combines clear, high-quality technical documentation with proactive community building to support product adoption, user success, and brand advocacy. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure users not only understand our product but feel empowered and engaged within our community.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Writing:

  • Develop and maintain product documentation including user guides, API references, FAQs, release notes, and tutorials.
  • Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
  • Manage the documentation structure using modern documentation tools and version control (Markdown, Git, etc.).
  • Edit and review content created by others for clarity, grammar, and consistency.

Community Building:

  • Build and nurture a vibrant online community through platforms like Discord, Slack, forums, and social media.
  • Create engaging content such as blog posts, newsletters, how-to videos, and community spotlights.
  • Organize and support webinars, AMAs, hackathons, or virtual meetups to foster user engagement.
  • Support developer or user advocate programs, and recognize active contributors.


Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in technical writing, developer documentation, or content development.
  • Strong understanding of software development concepts, APIs, and technical platforms.
  • Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Git, Docusaurus, Confluence, or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills with a clear, user-focused writing style.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about user engagement and education.
