About the Role
We are looking for ambitious, meticulous, and tech-savvy early-career Technical Writers to join our dynamic Product Documentation team. This is a unique opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about writing, curious about emerging technologies, and eager to grow in a collaborative, demanding environment.
As a Technical Writer, you will play a key role in crafting clear, concise, and user-focused documentation that empowers users and enhances product adoption. You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and senior writers to build a strong foundation in technical communication and content strategy.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree/master’s degree in engineering, technical writing, communications, or a related field, preferably with telecommunication knowledge.
• Strong academic or project-based exposure to telecommunications or software development is a plus.
• 1—5 years of experience in technical writing or related roles (including internships).
Core Competencies
• Excellent command of written and spoken English with a focus on technical clarity.
• Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts in a user-friendly manner.
• Strong diligence and commitment to quality.
Preferred Skills and Tools
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps environments.
• Exposure to structured authoring and DITA principles.
• Experience with documentation tools and platforms such as:
o Authoring Tools: oXygen XML, MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, ArborText
o Markup Languages: Markdown, AsciiDoc, reStructuredText
o CMS Platforms: Confluence, Notion, AEM
o Version Control: Git, GitHub, GitLab, CVS/SVN
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and scripting languages (Examples such as Python, JavaScript).
• Awareness of UX writing, accessibility, and content design principles.
• Familiarity with diagramming tools (Examples such as Lucidchart, Draw.io).
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, ML, IoT, Cloud Computing, and RAN.
