Job Description:
- Write clear, concise, and easy-to-understand release notes, user manuals and installation guides.
- Create, maintain, and improve the API reference documentation
- Work closely with development teams, product managers, and subject matter experts to gather technical information
- Provide UI text (tooltips, labels, error messages, etc.) to our UX and engineering teams
- Collaborate with our team of writers to develop creative solutions for communicating complex content.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in writing technical documentation
- Strong technical aptitude, ability to analyze and research technical concepts
- Experience in writing release notes, creating and updating user guides and technical documentation
- Experience with MadCap Flare, Swagger Editor, and Microsoft GitHub.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong command of English
- A strong sense of ownership and results-oriented approach to work
- Experience with either supply chain management or marine terminal operations
- Exposure to API documentation processes
- Experience working with internal sources such as Salesforce, JIRA, and Confluence
- Working knowledge of content-development life cycle and AGILE processes
