Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows.
- Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses.
- Assist in testing, validation, and rollout of new systems or enhancements.
- Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive alignment and clarity.
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of solutions by working with technical teams.
- Work / Assist technical areas of eTRACK+ implementation and provide design and guidance to analysts for successful deliveries.
- Take responsibility for reviewing and providing eTRACK+ design solutions to business analysts

Requirements:
- Proven experience in business analysis or a similar role, with a minimum of two years of professional experience.
- Possess strong fundamental knowledge in database concepts and APIs.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and business analysis platforms (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio).
- Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
- Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
