As a BRM CRM Analyst (Salesforce Techno-Functional), you will be an integral part of our Salesforce ecosystem, responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical Salesforce solutions. - You possess the ability to comprehend both technical and business requirements, translating them into efficient Salesforce solutions.
- You will have a solid background in business analysis and Salesforce implementations, capable of interacting effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- You will bring experience in Salesforce automation and are adept at streamlining processes for improved efficiency.
- You are a proactive communicator, able to engage with multiple stakeholders and guide them through business process analysis and solution development.
What You’ll Do:
- Salesforce Expertise: Provide end-to-end support for Salesforce solutions, leveraging your applied commercial experience and problem-solving abilities to build, deliver, and maintain the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Business Requirements & Process Design: Develop comprehensive business requirements, process flows, application design, configuration, testing, and deployment strategies.
- System Design & Integration: Design, operate, and integrate Salesforce systems to streamline business processes and create efficiencies.
- Salesforce Best Practices: Provide consulting and coaching to enhance Salesforce administration and implementation practices, focusing on optimizing user experience and automating processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Manage multiple stakeholder relationships, facilitate business process analysis sessions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver technology solutions.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks and issues, proactively presenting alternatives to resolve or mitigate them, ensuring smooth project delivery.
- Salesforce Data Security: Ensure that Salesforce data security models and configurations meet organizational standards and compliance requirements.
