Riveron is looking for a Salesforce Developer (Data Cloud & API Specialist) to join our growing technology team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives at the intersection of business and technology—someone who brings deep technical expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, API development, and data transformation, and is passionate about building solutions that drive smart, data-driven decisions.
As a Salesforce Developer at Riveron, you will play a key role in integrating complex data sources, developing scalable APIs, and designing real-time data pipelines. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performance customizations that meet business needs while maintaining best practices in coding, data governance, and automation.

Who You Are:
- You are a seasoned Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, API development, and complex data transformation. You're passionate about leveraging data to drive smart business decisions and are skilled at integrating external systems and building scalable, high-performance solutions.
- You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and have a strong track record of delivering robust Salesforce customizations. You’re not just a coder—you understand business logic and know how to translate requirements into clean, efficient, and secure technical solutions.
- Must-Have Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required)
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) (required)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (ingestion, transformation, activation)
- Strong command of Apex and JavaScript (LWC, Aura)
- Proven experience designing and building REST/SOAP APIs
- Solid knowledge of ETL processes, handling large data volumes and transformation logic
- Familiarity with web/mobile event tracking using Salesforce SDKs, Tag Manager, or custom scripts
- Agile mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Salesforce Platform Developer II or Advanced Administrator certifications
- Experience with Mulesoft, Heroku, or middleware platforms
- Knowledge of Marketing Cloud, CDP, or Einstein Analytics
- Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, SAML
- Hands-on with CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, or Copado

- Data Cloud Integration
- Connect Salesforce Data Cloud to diverse external data sources (databases, APIs, streaming platforms)
- Build real-time and batch data ingestion pipelines
- Implement advanced transformation, cleansing, and matching logic to maintain high-quality customer profiles
- API & Custom Development
- Design, develop, and maintain custom REST/SOAP APIs using Apex and JavaScript
- Build Apex triggers, batch jobs, schedulable classes, and middleware solutions
- Ensure secure, efficient data exchanges across platforms
- Event Tracking & Analytics Integration
- Architect event tracking across websites and mobile apps to capture real-time user behavior
- Integrate this data into Data Cloud with clean schema mapping and fast updates
- Work with UX and analytics teams to define valuable, measurable user events
- Custom Logic & Automation
- Translate complex business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flows, and Process Builder
- Ensure optimal performance of automated processes and data pipelines
- Maintain robust security and data governance in every solution
- Team Collaboration
- Partner with architects, admins, and DevOps to uphold best practices in CI/CD and code quality
- Engage in code reviews, sprint planning, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Mentor junior developers and support cross-functional stakeholders
