Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands continuous evaluation and refinement of architectural frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational goals and technological advancements, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to promote professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technology strategies with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Experience in system performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting within SAP environments.
- Strong knowledge of SAP landscape management including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
- Familiarity with database administration and integration techniques related to SAP systems.
- Ability to design scalable and secure architecture solutions that support enterprise requirements.
- Skilled in managing system backups, disaster recovery plans, and security compliance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
