Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. The position demands a strategic approach to ensure that architectural frameworks align with business goals and technical requirements, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine and implement architectural strategies is a key part of daily activities, ensuring seamless integration and optimal system functionality.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance technical capabilities.
- Coordinate with project managers and business analysts to align architecture with project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Strong experience in designing scalable and high-performance applications using Spring Boot framework.
- In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies relevant to Spring Boot applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in complex environments.
- Experience with integration patterns and middleware technologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
