Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technology Operations Specialist based in Pune or Bangalore with a strong background in technology operations and service excellence. This role requires a highly motivated professional with a "get-it-done" attitude who can work independently, manage projects from end to end, and deliver impactful solutions. You will play a critical role in optimizing operational processes, driving automation, and ensuring system reliability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Operations Expertise:
  • Manage and enhance multiple operational processes with a focus on Change Management, Availability Management, Asset Management and CMDB.
  • Implement innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and compliance.
• Automation and Engineering Mindset:
  • Apply engineering mindset to enhance system reliability, reduce toil, and optimize performance monitoring.
  • Ideate automation to eliminate repetitive tasks and improve operational excellence.
• DevOps & Cloud Knowledge:
  • Understand CI/CD principles and cloud platforms to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Support cloud initiatives through governance and alignment with operational goals.
• Execution Excellence:
  • Independently lead and execute multiple technology operations projects with a focus on delivering results.
  • Solve problems effectively under tight timelines and changing priorities.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  • Present actionable insights, recommendations, and updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align technology operations with strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of operational processes, particularly in Change & Release Management, Asset Management, and CMDB.
  • Familiarity with concepts like error budgets, DevOps, CI/CD principles and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Execution Excellence:
  • Proven ability to take ownership and independently deliver complex projects.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills to tackle challenges with a "get-it-done" mindset.
• Behavioural Attributes:
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, and proactive problem solver.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively.
