About the role

The Technology Risk Analyst plays a pivotal role in strengthening Technology’s risk posture by ensuring accurate risk data, delivering insights, and supporting effective governance. The role combines data analytics, reporting automation, and stakeholder engagement to improve transparency, uplift capability, and enable informed decision-making across the Technology Risk ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Maintain high-quality risk, issue, control and action data in the risk system of record

  • Deliver monthly Technology risk and governance reporting, including dashboards, trends and insights

  • Analyse risk, issue and control data to identify themes, trends and systemic risks

  • Build and maintain automated dashboards and self-service analytics to improve visibility

  • Support Technology risk governance forums through reporting and coordination

  • Partner with risk champions and stakeholders to uplift risk awareness and capability

  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, governance efficiency and process automation

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in technology or operational risk, governance or assurance roles

  • Strong data analytics and reporting skills (e.g. Power BI, Excel, SQL or similar tools)

  • Understanding of technology risk frameworks, controls and compliance standards

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and training

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
