About Team:
As part of the Support Operations Team for Indirect Procurement Solutions you will support associate and supplier facing services and products that drive differentiated experiences and cost savings. You will work daily with our international market product, engineering and business teams for multiple Walmart markets.
What you'll do:
Support the Indirect Procurement Solutions team and their business customers with production issues and improvements. Serve as level two support to identify, monitor, and address support and system performance issues.
- Monitors applications/systems and resolves issues independently. Owns and drives issue detection and resolution.
- Independently addresses complex production issues in owned components and partners with IPS Teams driving root cause analysis for production issues reported.
- Prioritizes assigned activities and reports progress.
- Understands logs, metrics and other relevant artefacts required to solve all problems.
- Possesses complete understanding of alerts required to monitor the system and has a complete understanding of alert segregation (Ex: critical vs. warning).
- Possesses complete understanding of instrumentation and related frameworks.
- Implements and owns solutions with end to end responsibility. Makes sure the task is complete in all aspects within committed timelines.
- Understanding of configuration and ability to make relevant updates.
- Troubleshoots User Issues and drives root cause analyses.
- You will work with SAP Concur, Ariba Sourcing and Procurement, SAP MM/IP/AP/AR/EAM/PS, SRM, SRM MDM, UI5, Fiori, Mobile Apps (Ionic + AngularJS, React), Workflow, SAP HANA, Ariba B&I, Data & Analytics tools, Coupa, Netweaver Gateway, SAP OOABAP, and SAPUI5 applications
- Possesses clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Can help business customers understand complex technical issues and solutions.
- Displays ability to have discussions with partner teams (Ex: business customers, integration aspects, production issues etc.).
What you'll bring:
- MBA/ B.E./B.Tech from a reputed institution with around 3-6 years of IT experience
- 3+ years of experience in SAP MM, Coupa, Ariba,SAP Inventory Management, SAP Procurement mainly with Indirect Procurement
- Experience in rollout / implementing SAP S4 HANA Procurement solutions.
- In depth understanding of two or more functional domains such as Materials Management (Procurement, Inventory Management, Article Master data, Vendor master data etc..), Warehouse Management (WM)
- Strong knowledge of procurement practices and techniques
- Ability to read, interpret and administer contract specifications within the Procurement process.
- End-to-end project implementation experience in SAP MM / S4 Hana (Logistics) / Ariba
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable solutions and working with global teams
- Experience in analyzing and translating business requirements to technical requirements, robust architecture and good design.
- Flexibility in adopting to new areas of work, domain and technical competencies.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
