Handle complaints, achieve revenue and growth targets, manage accounts receivable, and maintain Salesforce CRM records while building strong customer and internal relationships.

Scope & Dimensions:
- Knowledge on Passenger Vehicle, Commercial Vehicle & HEMM/Agriculture Segments/Channel Distribution.
- Experience in Automotive Aftermarket Distribution / Channel Sales for Power Transmission products.
- Regional distributor appointment with dealer & mechanic network driving primary and secondary sales.
- Automotive application knowledge in passenger car, truck & bus and HEMM to provide sustainable belting solution to distributors, retailers & mechanics and customer complaint handling with timely resolution.
- Deliver targeted sales revenue and growth and accounts receivable. CRM Sales force Management.
Requirements of the job:
- 2 to 4 years experience in Power Transmission Product Channel Sales in Agriculture/HEMM/Automotive segment.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with relevant experience in the region setting up distribution network.
- Knowledge of aftermarket segments, competitor activities and channel sales.
- Self-driven, capability to manage entire Gujarat region independently handling distributors, retailers, mechanics.
- Influential & Strong Communication building customer relationships & Internal Managerial/Collaborative Skills
- High level of customer centricity providing timely solutions and service thereby winning customer confidence.
- Proficiency in languages of English & Hindi and local language.
