- Own the enterprise test strategy, governance, scope, estimates, budget, schedule, resources, quality gates, and release readiness.
- Lead functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, mobile, data migration, security, performance, and UAT across Veeva CRM releases.
- Oversee testing of core commercial processes, including accounts, calls, consent, Approved Email, CLM, events, samples, territories, and offline scenarios.
- Govern validation of Salesforce and enterprise integrations, including MDM, ERP, data warehouses, identity services, content repositories, and third-party platforms.
- Drive risk-based testing, requirements traceability, test reviews, defect governance, root-cause analysis, and quality sign-off.
- Ensure compliance with GxP, CSV, data integrity, privacy, security, and audit requirements.
- Coordinate UAT, environments, test data, deployment validation, production verification, and hypercare.
- Report quality metrics, risks, recommendations, and release decisions to senior stakeholders.
- Lead distributed teams, manage vendors, develop capability, and improve automation, regression coverage, tools, and processes.
- On-time test completion and release-quality gates.
- Strong coverage, audit-ready traceability, and early risk mitigation.
