Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work with design and development teams to understand product specifications and Requirements.
• Develop Test plan, Test Cases, Test Environment and execute the test for Electrical/Electronic at component and Subsystem level.
• Set up and maintain test benches, fixtures, instruments, and data acquisition systems.
• Perform test data analysis and prepare comprehensive test reports and communicate results to cross-functional teams.
• Design and develop advanced test setups, fixtures, and automated systems to improve test efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop EMI/EMC, HALT Test plan for Elevator and Escalator products and coordinate with third party lab to execute the test and prepare the test reports. 
• Perform failure analysis and experiments to determine root cause of product failures at system and component levels and work with design and quality to drive corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement.
• Responsible for evaluating the manufacturing quality of PCB according to IPC-A-600 and IPC-A-610 Standard.
• Responsible for maintaining 5S & Safety work culture in Laboratory.

Required Technical Skill Set:

• Strong knowledge of electrical/electronics fundamentals (analog, digital, power electronics, embedded systems).
• Proficient with test instruments: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power supplies, signal generators, etc.
• Experience with automated test systems, PLC Programming, scripting (Python, MATLAB), or platforms such as NI LabVIEW Test Stand.
• Solid understanding of testing standards and protocols (IEC, IEEE, UL, etc.).
• Familiarity with product development lifecycle processes
• Exposure to EMI/EMC testing, safety testing, thermal and environmental testing is a plus.
• Expertise in test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect management.
• Experience in test environment setup and debugging

Required Tools / Software Knowledge:

• PLC, NI Test stand and LabVIEW, Test Management Tool

B.E/B.Tech EEE/ECE/E&I
