Test Engineer

Your Role
- Support Central MFGE from PV and assume full responsibilities from series production. Responsibility for MFGE Test, Programming, and Label processes from series production
- Provide people and equipment resource to support proto/engineering builds, capability studies, safe launch (GP12) activities, etc.. and feedback build findings such as design/test/supplier related issues
- Provide engineering resource to support & to be trained during MQ2. Maintain and update Test Requirement Document and Test Coverage Analysis Report from series production
- Support and report day-to-day activities to improve/maintain production SPQVC KPIs (such as equipment OEE, FTQ, etc). Drive continuous improvement, cycle time improvement and support Kaizen activities
- Work with QE to resolve and implement corrective actions for Line-Pull, Warranty and Plant Return
- Be the customer interface for technical discussion on test-related issue after series production
- Supporting team members of production meetings (DPM, Operations review, MRVA, Quality review, Escalations, etc.)
- Own, maintain & fulfill master PM schedule & optimize test machine up-time.Plan and conduct LSR, documentation, close findings & share lesson learnt
- Support PFMEA on test, programming, and label aspects from series production
- Support IE on the site capacity planning needs and ensure equipment/tooling suffice to meet customer volume
Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
- Bachelor’s degree or similar with technical education
- Knowledge of automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, LVDS, Flex-Ray, Broad@Reach and flashing concepts of memory devices
- Good knowledge in SSFT and statistical methods
- Good problem-solving capability
- Good knowledge of lean concepts
- Energetic, self-motivated, and proactive working style
- Fluent Business English
- Strong in analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skill with result orientation
