The purpose of the job is to provide secretarial, executive, and administrative support to the VP - CFO, which would comprise effective calendar management, mail management, data management, travel and logistics, office upkeep, action tracking, coordination with different departments and stakeholders
Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities are as follows:
? Executive support
? Calendar management
? Mail management
? Data Management (for projects, initiatives, forums)
? Presentation and reporting with effective PowerPoint and excel
? Action Tracking, Co-ordination
Education: Any Graduate or 15 years of education in any field (B.A.,B.Com,B.B.A etc.)
Knowledge and skills (general and technical):
Experience: 4 - 6 years of relevant experience as EA to senior executive / corporate environment
