About the Role

We are looking for a rockstar Administrator to join our Business and Revenue Operations team here at Vectra! In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with many key technologies & processes across multiple departments. Your responsibilities on this team will include administration, troubleshooting support, tools adoption support and future enhancement build. We need someone who is a great teammate and will proactively find ways to improve our existing systems & processes, increasing productivity and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide front-line support to stakeholders for all B2B applications that the Business Operations team manages.
  • Assist with regular onboarding/off-boarding user management activities across Tech Stack, including Salesforce territory adjustments and enablement.
  • Facilitate regular assessments of our Tech Stack to identify potential enhancements that create efficiency, usage adoption, and additional training potential.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deploy 3rd party system integrations and enhancements based on the business impact and scalability.
  • Regularly create and maintain documentation material related to our systems and processes.
  • Conduct analysis or ad hoc reporting within Salesforce.
  • Assist our teams (order management, channel operations) with various Sales process support needs, updates, & troubleshooting.
  • Maintain data hygiene practices to ensure we have the most up-to-date, clean, and actionable data within systems.
  • Routinely mass update data within our Salesforce system.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in Revenue/Business Operations Administration or related role
  • Have supported or worked directly within an Enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Sound experience administering Salesforce.com.
  • Additional established familiarity with LeanData, Outreach, Clari is required
  • Some touchpoints with Totango, RFPio, Linkedin Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo or similar tools
  • Comfortable using Data Loader/Demand Tools (or equivalent)
  • Pro-active, adaptive learner, self-motivated, and is a problem solver.
  • Have strong technical acumen, can partner with technical teams.
  • Flexible and able to change priorities quickly, capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that can translate technical content to various audiences.
  • BA/BS or equivalent degree required.
