As a Trade & Working Capital Operations Analyst within the Specialty Product team at JPMorganChase, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations for trade finance products. Your work will ensure efficient transaction handling, adherence to regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement in operational processes.

As a Trade & Working Capital Operations Analyst within the Specialty Product team at JPMorganChase, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations for trade finance products. Your work will ensure efficient transaction handling, adherence to regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement in operational processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Support and manage daily operations for trade finance products, ensuring transactions are handled within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) as changes occur.
- Drive efficiency by implementing best practices and seeking opportunities for process improvement.
- Engage in new deals, attend project management calls, and facilitate smooth migrations.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements in daily operations.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Graduate with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Trade Finance Operations.
- Thorough knowledge of International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Rules used in Trade Finance, including UCP 600, ISBP, ISP, URR, and URC.
- Good understanding of Anti-Boycott and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Regulations.
- Proficiency in handling payment messages such as MT103, MT202, MT101.
- Experience in account reconciliation and handling trade payment entries (Nostro, Wash, SAP, etc.).
- Certification in Trade Finance, such as Certified Documentary Credit Specialist (CDCS) by IFSA London.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and contribute to the business.
- Ability to multitask effectively.

- Experience in project management within trade finance.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used in trade finance operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
