Job Summary
As a Trade Lifecycle Analyst within JPMorgan Chase, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the firm's robustness and resilience. Your responsibilities will include defining, refining, and achieving the firm's objectives while offering extensive support for FX Products operations. This role as an team member contributor demands proficiency in FX trade lifecycle management and operational excellence
Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrate FX trade lifecycle knowledge in Operations.
- Draft long-form confirmations for various FX products.
- Liaise with Legal for template queries and ISDA understanding.
- Investigate and resolve issues per SLAs.
- Build strong relationships with internal business lines.
- Create and publish daily MIS of outstanding issues.
- Maintain a control and process improvement mindset.
- Critically challenge to identify control issues.
- Support process improvement opportunities.
- Ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Collaborate with Middle Office and Client Services.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Exhibit strong partnership abilities.
- Handle high complexity in product coverage.
- Shift gears with ease in a dynamic environment.
- Be flexible with shifting workloads.
- Communicate proficiently in writing and verbally.
- Possess strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Have a post-graduate qualification with minimum 6 years in Investment Banking Operations.
- Demonstrate experience in FX Trade Processing and Drafting.
- Understand Trade Affirmation processes.
- Adapt to a fast-paced trading environment.
- Build strong interpersonal relationships.
- Identify and capitalize on process improvements.
- Manage stress effectively in a trading environment.
