About the Role
The Aladdin Product Management team sits at the intersection of business and technology, working closely with developers, researchers, designers, and clients to innovate, conceptualize, and deliver new capabilities across the investment lifecycle.
As a Trading Product Manager, you will focus on aligning strategy and execution for Aladdin’s trading platform, with a particular emphasis on high-scale, cross-asset trading initiatives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, balancing long-term vision with near-term delivery. You will partner with engineering, UX, and client teams to drive best-in-class OEMS capabilities that support the evolving needs of global investors.
Key Responsibilities
Define and own the product story and roadmap for Aladdin’s high scale trading capabilities.
Lead the Product Delivery Life Cycle (PDLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) ceremonies, ensuring clear requirements, specifications, and release management.
Partner with engineering and design teams deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and prioritize features.
Drive adoption and usage of new capabilities through effective communication and training.
Monitor market structure developments and regulatory changes to inform product direction.
Drive adoption and client impact by articulating product value and success metrics.
Leverage data, analytics, and user feedback to inform prioritization and product decisions.
Desired Qualifications
7+ years of experience in product management, trading technology, or financial markets.
Proven experience creating product roadmaps, writing business and technical specifications, and executing product deliverables.
Strong collaboration skills, with experience engaging end-users, developers, and executives.
Understanding of technical components and ability to guide users toward workable, scalable features.
Familiarity with agile product management practices (backlog management, sprint planning, iterative delivery).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with market and technology trends across the trading ecosystem.
Technical fluency in SQL, PowerBI, Azure DevOps, and Aha! is a plus
