As a Trading Services Associate within the Dataroom Management team, you will be responsible for the meticulous management, review, and delivery of syndicated loan documents. Your role is crucial in ensuring accurate processing and prompt distribution to the correct parties, contributing to the firm's success and the wider community. You will work closely with the business, Debt Capital Markets, Portfolio Managers, Sales, Trading, Research, Legal, and Compliance to maintain the integrity of confidential information.

You will work closely with the business, Debt Capital Markets, Portfolio Managers, Sales, Trading, Research, Legal, and Compliance to maintain the integrity of confidential information.
Job responsibilities
- Review, track, and post time-sensitive documents to Virtual DataRoom sites.
- Add external clients/counterparties to Virtual DataRoom sites.
- Manage borrower information flow, ensuring adherence to Compliance policies regarding handling of Private Material Non-Public Information.
- Coordinate accuracy of Dataroom sites with Debt Capital Markets, Loan and Agency Services, offshore teams, Borrowers, Lenders, Legal, and Compliance.
- Engage in frequent and meaningful interactions with the business and borrowers to ensure alignment and understanding of needs and expectations.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with structuring, operations, legal, and compliance to ensure proper and timely posting of all documentation.
- Participate in projects and provide valuable input with various working groups created to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Identify and address control gaps and efficiency opportunities, taking the appropriate level of risk to deliver scalable, simple, and innovative solutions that improve the process.
- Field ad-hoc inquiries from internal and external clients.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Three years of experience in financial operations within the banking or loan industry.
- General understanding of Finance and Loan Products.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a variety of tasks and competing priorities.
- Proven ability to collaborate with team members and senior management across and within the lines of business with a keen attention to detail, strong oral and written communication skills, and strong analytical capability.
- Critical decision-making abilities including the ability to identify, escalate, and propose solutions to problems.
- Meticulous mindset with the ability to multi-task through the practice of strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, self-motivate, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Extremely detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Syndicated loan knowledge specifically in trading/corporate actions and loan operations.
- Knowledge of Virtual Datarooms such as Syndtrak, Debtdomain, and Intralinks.
- Experience reading and interpreting loan documentation, legal documents, and financial statements.
