Job Summary
As a Transaction Specialist within the ACES Operations team, you will be responsible for processing and clearing checks and exceptions related items that are acquired at JPMorgan Chase ATMs. You will also review and resolve ATM deposit exceptions, payment exceptions, ATM withdrawal exceptions, make cash and customer adjustments, and process consumer ATM deposit discrepancies. Your role will be crucial in mitigating ATM deposit fraud, reviewing missing ATM deposits, notifying customers, and resolving cash, check, and adjustment differences for ATM outages..
Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations to ensure they adhere to production standards.
  • Monitor production activities and equipment to ensure they meet specifications, and make or order necessary adjustments to processes or assemblies.
  • Communicate inspection results to the team, coach them, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
  • Address queries for SME assistance promptly.
  • Manage case inventory and aging according to pending guidelines.
  • Collaborate with UL on revisions to SOPs.
  • Share process updates, quality feedback, and unique scenarios in team meetings, and document minutes of meetings (MOM).
  • Identify the need for refresher training and provide appropriate learning opportunities for team members.
  • Train new hires and assist them in progressing along the learning curve.
  • Participate in operations calls with site partners.
  • Complete assigned training on time and monitor and clear general ledger ticket postings.


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
• Exhaustive knowledge in ATM Claims and Exception Services (ACES) process • Graduate in any stream with minimum 3 yrs banking experience• Expert in the process/business knowledge • Adaptability to change • Excellent Client focus and Customer care working practices• Attention to detail• Problem solving• Ability to work as a team• Knowledge on Business processes and procedures• Strong time management skills required to work on BAU & other initiatives• Flexible attitude towards working hours due to the demands of the working place
