As a Transactions Analyst within JPMorgan Chase, you will play a crucial role in upholding the company's strength and resilience. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a team with an ability to drive business results, including but not limited to performance management and team development.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to staff. Groom staff to meet all productivity, quality, and site targets.
- Support High Performance Culture, which includes assisting staff with monthly business reviews, providing consistent feedback, and recognizing employees.
- Address performance issues in a timely, consistent, and professional manner. Conduct both formal and informal performance discussions as outlined by the business.
- Maintain emphasis on client deadlines, quality, and procedures. Drive team performance along with monitoring/managing workflow/BAU activities and managing projects.
- Recommend and implement effective productivity and quality improvement strategies.
- Take ownership and be willing to work additional hours as needed. Work with Image systems in a high production/high paced environment, dealing with hardware and software.
- Provide overall supervision/leadership to the staff and act as a back-up to the Shift Manager.
- Review staffing and volume trends to ensure the optimum capacity utilization.
- Ensure staff adhere to business controls/policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
- Qualified graduate with strong team management experience . Professional with a minimum of 6 years of overall work experience ; predominantly in the area of Healthcare claim processing, in-depth knowledge of EOB-Explanation of Benefit forms and Data Capture / Data Verification processes.
- Candidate must possess excellent people management skills, being able to communicate effectively with diverse work group.
- Ability to make decisions, organize, set priorities, develop and implement procedures.
- Proven supervisory and leadership skills. Ability to effectively manage deadlines and quality control.
- Ability to work overtime as needed and be flexible on work schedule (24/7 work environment)
- Proven ability to motivate, direct, and lead staff consistently while maintaining equitable and fair decisions.
- Literate on Image systems or capable of developing a good understanding of hardware and software applications.
- Ability and attitude to take initiative and ownership in work. Knowledge and experience in an operations or data processing environment.
- An exposure to time critical operations, an ability to work under pressure
