Job Summary
As a Fund Servicing Manager within our Transfer Agency team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and controlling the daily workflow. Job Responsibilities
- Manage the workflow through the life cycle of any of the Transfer Agency sub functions
- Manage operation and control of the daily workflow within the Transfer Agency team
- Maximize team capacity through effective resource planning and ensure team structure is robust through effective training and succession planning
- Ensure all daily controls and processing are completed and signed off including client service inquiry resolution, as well as all key metrics are produced as required
- Provide direction and leadership to the team
- Review of content and presentation of Standard Operating Procedures, in line with introduction of new policies and ongoing risk management activities
- Contribute to the strategic development of Transfer Agency products
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Operational subject matter expertise in Transfer Agency, Reconciliation, Settlements, Trade Support, Asset Servicing, Risk and Control, and Custody
- Strong people management skills, ability to lead and motivate managers
- Strong ability to learn ongoing stream of new markets, products, and processes
- Strong risk and control awareness, ability to effectively priorities workloads and work to critical deadlines
- Confident communicator in all mediums to both internal and external clients
- Strategic thinker, able to review and implement process improvements
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
