- Strong analytical, cash, and reporting experience with the ability to build structured processes with key leaders in the organization.
- Ability to understand Business drivers and application of those to the processes.
- Perform quantitative analysis of operational and banking data.
- Prepare presentations for Senior Management to communicate key findings
- Support Weekly, Monthly, and Ad Hoc reporting
- Develop departmental dashboard for key metrics and reporting for Payments leadership
- Develop new Power BI reports to track daily sales and cash conversion
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate reporting and analysis
- Develop and maintain Cash and Financial Models to support decision-making.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to streamline processes.
- Perform Financial Budgeting, Forecasting Cash Flow, and variance analysis at regular intervals.
EDUCATION AND professional experience:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with Cash management principles and forecasting
- Working knowledge of banking and US GAAP accounting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information in an understandable manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Financial Modelling tools, and working knowledge of corporate ERP environments.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Prior experience working in a Shared Services Center preferred, primarily supporting Finance or Technology.
