Job Summary: As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure that our designs align with user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with UX designers to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across products.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Work closely with developers during the implementation phase to ensure design integrity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI design projects and process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
