Develop and implement responsive, accessible web user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Use CSS frameworks and preprocessors, validate markup against W3C standards, and apply ARIA attributes. Optimize assets with image-editing tools and collaborate on front-end standards and cross-browser compatibility.
- Below are the qualifications expected of an HTML developer:
- Excellent knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 and responsive design
- Knowledge of JavaScript, Media Query, web APIs, and other front-end technologies a bonus
- Experience using CSS tools and frameworks such as Bootstrap and Semantic UI
- Familiarity with CSS preprocessors such as Sass and Less
- Experience in ARIA and other HTML attributes to create websites that support accessibility options
- Familiarity with using Photoshop and other image-editing software
- Experience in W3C Markup Validation Service and CSS Validation Service to ensure all layouts comply with W3C standards
