Lead DentalKart’s end-to-end UX/UI design function across web and mobile products. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and leadership; mentor the design team; maintain quality standards; and use AI-powered tools to accelerate design exploration, prototyping, and productivity.
We are looking for an experienced Head of Design – UX/UI, App & Web (AI-Native) to lead the end-to-end product design function for DentalKart's web and mobile applications. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for defining the design vision, building scalable design systems, improving user experience, driving conversion through design, and leveraging AI-powered design workflows to accelerate innovation.
- Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design strategy across web and mobile applications.
- Define and maintain a premium, scalable design language and design system.
- Design intuitive user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
- Improve key customer journeys including Search, Product Detail Pages (PDP), Cart, Checkout, and Onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze customer behavior to improve product experience.
- Mentor and lead the design team while maintaining high design quality standards.
- Utilize AI-powered design tools to improve design exploration, prototyping, and productivity.
