We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer who can turn complex requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to craft experiences that delight users and elevate our products.
As a UI/UX Designer at ApyHub, you’ll be responsible for shaping the look, feel, and usability of our digital products. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, precision, and user experience, giving you the opportunity to influence both design and functionality. You will be part of a collaborative team that values design thinking, rapid iteration, and deep focus on user needs.
ResponsibilitiesTranslate product requirements and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Design intuitive, visually compelling interfaces that balance aesthetics with functionality
Apply UX best practices to optimize usability, accessibility, and user flows
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and usability testing
Maintain and contribute to design systems, style guides, and UI patterns
Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and emerging UX methodologies
You have proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio of web and/or mobile projects
You are highly skilled in Figma (or similar design/prototyping tools)
You have solid understanding of UX principles: information architecture, interaction design, and user-centered design
You possess exceptional visual design skills: typography, color, layout, and attention to detail
You communicate design decisions clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
You are a creative problem solver who balances user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
You can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Experience with motion/interaction design or micro-interactions
Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience conducting user research or usability testing
