As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for technical feasibility in the implementation from conception to system configuration and integration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module. you will be part of the transformative projects and foundational improvements of Walmart's Workforce Enablement systems globally.

What you'll do:

Execution of necessary configurations in SucessFactors according to the concept.

Cooperation in business workshops and the preparation of results
-
Participation in Fit2Standard workshops to specify the desired innovations or new release functions.

Work with the business teams / product owners to identify their requirements, design and develop/enhance functionalities to help meet business requirements in SuccessFactors Employee Central, PMGM, Talent & Succession and Cloud Integrations.

Work with the user community to determine the best solution to help resolve customer problems and satisfy customer requirements.

Collaborate with technical developers to develop and test new interface changes and enhancements to existing interfaces.

Perform thorough testing through various testing cycles to deliver accurate solution.

Performs configuration work as needed to support new and existing functionality.
-
Responsible for creating configuration workbooks and developing high quality solutions.

Responsible for reviewing the unit test plans and the quality assurance plans to ensure all requirements have been met.

Perform integration testing work as necessary to ensure that new functionality or enhancements do not adversely affect existing functionality.

Resolve configuration, access, data, Reporting and Integrations related issues.

Provide oversight to various Projects and change requests to assess overall impact

Utilize Agile project methodology during each phase of the implementation.

Follow all design work and integration testing protocols, change control procedures, uses company standards, procedures, and practices in performing required work.

Analyze current business processes and make recommendations.
What you'll bring:

Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.
-
Must be able to translate client business needs to technical business requirements. Must possess strong analytical skills.

Experience in XML for data model configuration and provisioning.
-
Strong understanding of Employee Central Data models like Succession data models, Corporate Data models and MDFs, propagation data models.
-
Strong expertise in Picklists management, Role Based Permissions, Organization, Pay & Job Structures Management, Country Specific Fields (CSF) customization, Self Service (MSS / ESS) Transactions Configuration, Workflow Configuration, EC Position Management, MDF Objects Configuration, business rules configurations.

Having knowledge on EC Payroll and Compensation is a plus.

Retail domain knowledge and specifically international exposure is preferred.

Expertise in a proposing the solutions to business. Must have good experience in designing the functional and technical solutions.

Good experience in building reports using ORD and Ad-hoc Reports.

Should be able to analyse the Half yearly release and update the system with the required features by creating a test strategy and test plan.

Experience with data migration and data management activities in SF.

Expertise in Cloud Integrations: Experience in integrating SuccessFactors with other 3rd party systems/applications, using BTP platform. Should posses’ strong knowledge on oData APIs for 3rd party integrations.

Understanding of CI/CD concepts and drive automations in SuccessFactors applications

Change management: drive change impact assessments, communication plans, and end-user training.

Experience in Project Management with SAP Activate methodology.

Good understanding of incident management and change management processes.
-
SAP SuccessFactors Implementation in reputed global organization.
-
8+ years of experience in implementation / application enhancement /production support/ projects in SAP SuccessFactors/ SAP HR.

Minimum experience of 3+ implementation projects.

Should have valid Associate level certification and completed delta exam in SuccessFactors Employee Central
-
Knowledge and hands-on experience across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with SAP Activate methodology.

Must have hands-on knowledge and experience on support tools - Service Now, JIRA.

Effective business communication and stakeholder management skills.
-
Spanish Language is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
