As a User Experience (UX) Designer, you are responsible for designing the latest experiences for our customers to transact and manage their business. You love combining strong design principles with UX best practices and business know-how. Collaborative white boarding and creating wire frames allow you to communicate your ideas for new interactions. You are a quick learner who asks important questions meant to uncover business and user needs. By collaborating with front-end developers, you are able to make your designs a reality.
Responsibilities:
- Design wire frames and high-fidelity mockups (15%)
- Participate in design critiques (15%)
- Write, maintain, and ensure the consistent application of a design and or interface style guide (5%)
- Collaborate with UI Developers to build and maintain pattern libraries (5%)
- Create prototypes of designs using tools like InVision (10%)
- Engages with external and or internal stakeholders to project strategy ensuring designs align with process and support relevant content representing TD SYNNEX voice (15%)
- Leads research activity and uses data and or feedback to influence redesign and validate your designs (15%)
- Build project plans and ensure activities are on track and collaborate with team and leadership on project status (20%)
- Additional duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
Human Factors, Web/Graphic Design, or related field of study preferred
- Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
