We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to own end-to-end design for complex Network Intelligence products used in mission-critical investigative and analytical workflows. 

You will lead problem framing, drive UX quality across initiatives, and design data-dense, scalable interfaces in close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and domain experts. 

As a Cognyter you will:

  • Own UX for large product areas or critical user flows 
  • Translate complex analytical needs into clear, usable, and scalable UX 
  • Lead design discovery: problem framing, validation, and trade-offs 
  • Design complex workflows (tables, dashboards, filters, timelines, entities) 
  • Produce high-quality flows, IA, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interaction specs 
  • Anticipate edge cases, states, errors, and scalability from the start 
  • Create, extend, and evolve design system components and patterns 
  • Partner closely with PMs, Engineers and UX team
Requirements

For that mission you’ll need:

  • 8+ years in UX/UI or Product Design 
  • Experience designing complex B2B / enterprise / analytics products 
  • Experience working on long-lived products 
  • Expert in Figma and design systems 
  • Strong information architecture and systems thinking 
  • Proven experience with data-heavy interfaces 
  • Excellent visual and interaction design skills 
  • Research-informed decision making 
  • Strong attention to detail and UX quality 
  • High autonomy and ownership 
  • Clear communication and storytelling 
  • Experience mentoring designers 

Nice to Have 

  • Experience in intelligence, security, or investigative tools 
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows or explainability UX
  • Experience with AI-assisted design/prototyping tools (e.g. Figma Make) 
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
