Install, configure, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot video conferencing and voice communication systems, gateways, and devices. Manage firmware upgrades, naming conventions, SIP trunking, NTP, NAT, PBX installation and testing. Create SOPs and knowledge base articles and perform periodic maintenance across locations.
- Responsible for tasks, such as designing, installing, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting voice communication systems.
- Hands on experience in Video conferencing gateways such as Poly, Cisco, Webex, zoom, Teams Gateway, Blue Jean Gateway.
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting experience in Video conferencing devices such as Polycom, Cisco, Avaya etc.
- VC Wallpaper/Firmware upgradation, Periodic maintenance and appropriate naming conventions across all locations.
- Configuration and troubleshooting of SIP Trunking, NTP, Natting, VC Layout, PBX Server Installation, and testing.
- SOP & KB creation for Video Conferencing devices and gateways.
