As a Vice President of Experience Design in Trust & Security, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience across our products and services. Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute design/research strategies for complex projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Diagram service flows and product features, design wireframes, and prototype interactions for key touchpoints.
- Drive the adoption of inclusive design practices and accessibility guidelines, mentoring junior designers and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user experience design into product development processes.
- Analyze market trends, gather feedback from user research, and learn from data insights to inform design decisions.
- Utilize Design Thinking/ Human-Centered Design methodologies and practices to help align work across the organization. Facilitate partners across multiple parts of the company and job categories.
- Develop innovative strategies to enhance customer safety in an environment of continuously evolving fraud and scams.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in user experience design or similar roles.
- Ability to create visual representations of user journeys, such as storyboarding, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Experience in inclusive design and accessibility guidelines, incorporating diverse perspectives into design solutions.
- Proven ability to develop experiences that meet or exceed initial proposals, including transformational innovation strategies.
- Advanced technical literacy, understanding client-side technologies, APIs, microservices, and their impact on user experience.
