As a Product Manager in Consumer and community Banking , you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job responsibilities

  • Build the Conversational AI platform and partner with technology and analytics stakeholders in the process.
  • Drive the execution of assigned prioritized initiatives in the roadmap, primarily focused on Platform capabilities.
  • Partner with Product Delivery Managers to plan and prioritize the backlog of the supporting scrum teams to align with roadmap and product vision.
  • Own accountability for requirements delivery from start to finish, including in-production performance, and step in as needed for issue triage and remediation to ensure consistent production quality.
  • Attend and contribute to scrum/agile ceremonies as needed.
  • Maintain strong control practices.
  • Contribute to product strategy and product vision.
  • Manage discovery and research efforts to drive continuous improvement of the product.
  • Track key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • A Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of product management or relevant experience ideally working with platform products
  • Demonstrated experience with or understanding of Machine Learning and AI products/platforms
  • Demonstrates thought-leader abilities and/or a proven record of success learning and performing in functional and technical capacities
  • Experience with agile product development and software delivery lifecycle
  • Proven track record of delivery and new product feature creation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills,
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding analytical and research skills


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Understanding or hands on experience with using Python, RASA bot framework and proven skills in defining enterprise wide Intent/Entity Taxonomy
  • Commitment and self-motivation suitable to a start-up team
  • Technical acumen and a passion for digital and emerging technologies
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
