- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Marketing Strategy:
- Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
- Manage digital marketing, content creation, public relations, and events.
- Collaborate with product and customer success teams to align messaging and positioning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the executive team to align sales and marketing goals with overall business objectives.
- Partner with finance to develop budgets, forecasts, and ROI analysis.
- Support product development with market insights and customer feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in sales and marketing leadership roles.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and data analytics.
