KloudMate is a full-stack Observability and Application Performance Monitoring (APM) platform built for today’s complex, distributed systems. We help engineering teams monitor, debug, and optimize applications across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments, all from a single, unified interface.
We’re now looking for a Vice President - Solutions & Commercial Strategy who can blend technical depth with business strategy. The ideal candidate understands how observability translates into value and ROI for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Consulting: Understand client pain points in monitoring, observability, and IT operations, and translate them into tailored solution proposals.
Pre-Sales Engagement: Collaborate with sales and product teams to create compelling demos, POCs, and ROI-based presentations.
Tech-Business Alignment: Bridge the gap between engineering and decision-makers by simplifying complex technical concepts into clear business value.
Account Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market and account growth strategies for enterprise and mid-market customers.
Commercial Ownership: Structure proposals, pricing, and negotiations to ensure profitability while meeting client expectations.
Partnerships & Alliances: Engage with OEMs, resellers, and ecosystem partners to strengthen solution offerings.
Market Insights: Stay ahead of trends in Observability, APM, Cloud, and AI-Ops to advise customers and internal stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
7 - 12 years of experience in Observability, APM, Cloud Infrastructure, or IT Operations.
Strong understanding of tools such as Datadog, KloudMate, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus or any other.
Demonstrated success in solution consulting or techno-commercial sales roles for enterprise or mid-market clients.
Ability to articulate technical depth in simple business language.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, analytical mindset, equally comfortable with metrics and margins.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT. MBA or equivalent business experience preferred.
Experience handling enterprise customers across BFSI, Telecom, or SaaS domains.
Prior exposure to AI-driven observability or full-stack monitoring platforms is a plus.
What We Offer
Compensation will commensurate with experience and skills.
CTC Range: INR 30L – 55L per annum.
