Visual Designer - BLR

·         Design Thinking: Ability to approach problem-solving with a user-centered perspective

·         Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret user research data and identify patterns

·         Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.

·         Interaction Design: Design user interfaces (UI) that are visually appealing, intuitive, and aligned with user expectations.

·         Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests to identify issues and opportunities for improvement in the user experience.

·         Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business goals and technical constraints.

·         Communication Skills: Effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences

·         Visual Design Skills: Understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout

·         Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools
