We’re seeking a Senior Visual Designer with strong editorial and concept design experience. In this role, you’ll collaborate with sales, marketing, product, internal comms and the creative visual/ design team.
This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining sports, innovation and design, whilst working with in strong brand identity
Main Responsibilities
- Create strong branded visuals across all areas of the business.
- Conceptualise and present ideas to the wider marketing team.
- Modern editorial design that delivers impactful long form documents for our customers.
- Work closely with the designers and marketing team to deliver impactful work.
- Own projects from brief kick off calls, ideation to final delivery,
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of brand identities, editorial layouts, and digital design assets.
- Provide creative solutions to sales and marketing needs.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders, the design lead, and the project coordination team.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of professional experience in visual design, with strong focus on editorial layout and branding.
- Portfolio demonstrating high-quality work across digital, editorial, and branding projects.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic knowledge of motion design (e.g., simple animations, GIFs) is a plus.
- Ability to refine ideas and generate innovative design solutions.
- Highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent work experience
- Experience working in the sports or tech industry.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and workflows.
- Knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals
