Web Developer

We are seeking a talented Web Developer & Designer with 1 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, and improving our web-based applications and websites to meet both functional and aesthetic goals.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life and ensure a seamless user experience. Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong command of web technologies are essential.

1. Design visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts and interfaces.
   
2. Develop responsive, functional websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
   
3. Optimize website performance for speed and scalability.
   
4. Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members to integrate visual designs into functional websites.
   
5. Ensure compatibility across different browsers and platforms.
   
6. Conduct regular website testing, troubleshooting, and bug fixing.
   
7. Implement SEO best practices to enhance site visibility.
   
8. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
   

1. Strong coding knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, and Node.js, with the ability to write clean, responsive, maintainable, and performance-optimized code.
   

2. Strong hands-on experience with WordPress and Elementor/Elementor Pro, including designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining responsive websites and pages using Elementor.
   

3. Experience with WordPress themes, plugins, widgets, templates, custom CSS, JavaScript, and Elementor customizations, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve WordPress/Elementor-related issues.
   

4. Ability to convert UI designs and business requirements into visually appealing, responsive WordPress websites and landing pages using Elementor.
   

5. AI-enabled development skills – Ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT effectively, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and other AI-assisted development tools for coding, troubleshooting, optimization, and improving development productivity.
   

6. Implement SEO best practices, including on-page SEO, technical SEO, meta tags, URLs, redirects, sitemap, robots.txt, and page performance.
   

7. Work effectively in marketing aspects to support digital campaigns, landing pages, lead generation, CTAs, tracking, and conversion optimization.
   

8. Manage and implement tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other marketing/analytics integrations.
   

9. Optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and overall performance.
   

10. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, broken links, forms, integrations, browser compatibility, and other technical issues.
    

11. Integrate the website with marketing automation platforms, APIs, forms, and other third-party systems where required.
    

12. Ensure website security, backups, version control, and best development practices are followed.
    

13. Analyze website performance and SEO data and recommend improvements to support traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
    

14. Prepare basic technical documentation and maintain records of website changes and integrations.
    

15. Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and proactively identify and resolve technical issues.
    

16. Maintain, manage, and continuously enhance the existing company website, ensuring functionality, responsiveness, performance, and user experience.
    

17. Develop and update website pages, landing pages, forms, banners, content, and other website components based on business and marketing requirements.
