Summary:
As a Web Developer, you will design, build, and test web-based applications for various site components while also editing site content. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to document technical designs and specifications, researching updated content for websites, and ensuring that all applications meet the required standards for functionality and user experience. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in, ensuring that the web applications are both effective and user-friendly.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Strong understanding of web application architecture and design principles.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug web applications effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
