Job Description
Own our Client's experience! Work with clients to resolve issues around their Wholesale Lending Services Bank products and services.
As a Quality Control Associate within Loan Accounting, you will be part of a team responsible for supporting an evolving landscape of client expectation and product complexities. Wholesale Lending Services' goal is to provide best in class products and services to our clients that are of the highest level of quality. To meet these standards, as the QC Associate you will be responsible for the delivery of quality reviews on the system of record for new or existing credit facilities.
Job Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, identify, and report any inconsistences between the supporting documentation relative to the proposal data entered in accordance with internal risk policies
  • Ensure organizational requests, queries, and issues sent to the team are actioned accurately and timely
  • Manage and monitor production queues, exception reporting, and Key Performance Indicators
  • Engage technology partners to help drive database functionality or stability improvements
  • Collaborate with Operations, Credit, and Controls in resolving items and preparing weekly ad hoc reports when requested
  • Research, analyze and assimilate data as required for various projects

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Experience reading and interpreting loan documentation and/or working with credit products such as revolving lines of credit, term loans, commercial cards, and letters of credit
  • Demonstrated decision-making skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to probe sensitive issues while maintaining the highest level of integrity and objectivity
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and pivot in response to new developments

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Intermediate use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access
  • 2+ years' experience with loan accounting systems, such as LoanIQ
