As a Website Developer at Sprinto, you will be a crucial part of the marketing team, responsible for maintaining and enhancing our website’s front-end to ensure an optimized user experience. You’ll collaborate closely with our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) team, marketers, and designers to create new pages, revamp existing ones, and implement engaging elements that drive business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Website Maintenance: Ensure smooth operation, performance, and responsiveness of the website using WordPress themes and plugins.
  • Page Development: Design and develop high-quality, visually appealing landing pages in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Website Revamps: Redesign and enhance existing pages to align with brand guidelines and user experience best practices.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Work with the CRO team to test, implement, and optimize elements for better conversions.
  • Technical Support: Add new interactive features and resolve issues promptly to maintain a seamless user journey.
  • Tracking & Analytics Integration: Set up and maintain Google Analytics (GA) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to track user behavior and performance.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in WordPress development and front-end maintenance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress architecture.
  • Analytical Tools: Strong experience with Google Analytics (GA) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Design Skills: Knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and UX/UI principles.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and CRO teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
  • Optimization Tools: Familiarity with A/B testing platforms and tools like Hotjar, VWO, or similar is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles to support organic traffic growth.
