The Workday Integration Consultant will lead integration work streams across enterprise projects, define requirements, and develop solutions in collaboration with stakeholders and vendors. Responsibilities include building integrations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring quality deliverables while managing multiple tasks concurrently.
Job Description:
- Understanding of project life cycles – from analysis through post-implementation support, with hands-on experience managing small to medium scale projects
- Must have the ability to maintain focus on quality deliverables and be able to effectively manage project tasks, and have the ability to work on multiple projects and tasks concurrently
- Integration work stream lead on Enterprise projects
- Lead cross team enhancements to create new or modify existing integrations
- Work independently with stakeholders and others in a multidisciplinary team to define requirements and develop the solution
- Work with functional team and third party vendors for discovery and design sessions, as needed
- Design and build integrations of all types: EIB, Core Connectors, PECI/WECI, Studio
- Experience in designing and developing complex reports using BIRT
- Monitor, troubleshoot and fix production support issues
- Ability to troubleshoot configuration issues related to the Interfaces
- Sound understanding of one or more functional module in Workday
- Certifications in Integration Core, CCTPP and Studio - desirable
- Write Technical Design/ Specifications
- Independently engage with third party vendors, as needed
- Stay on top of industry trends, Workday Community, features and capabilities
