The Role:
We are looking for a Junior Integration Developer, who is ready to dive deep into the world’s leading Cloud ERP ecosystem.
Let’s be clear: we don’t expect you to be a Workday guru on day one. What we do expect is a rock-solid foundation in programming logic and a genuine hunger to understand how complex global systems talk to one another.
If you have the fundamentals down, we have the mentorship to help you master the rest.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Build & Connect: Assist in designing, developing, and deploying Workday integrations that connect HR and Financial data across global platforms.
Data Transformation: Utilize XML and XSLT to transform data into various formats to meet specific vendor requirements.
Troubleshoot: Actively participate in the testing and debugging phases of the development lifecycle.
Continuous Learning: Rapidly upskill in Workday-specific tools like Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio.
Collaborate: Work closely with senior developers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical reality.
What You Bring to the Table:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
You don’t just write code; you understand the "why" behind it. You have a strong grasp of programming fundamentals and data structures.
Familiarity with XML, XSLT, or JSON. If you haven't mastered these yet, you have the aptitude to learn them at high speed.
A basic understanding of APIs (SOAP/REST) and the mechanics of how data moves from Point A to Point B.
