We are seeking a highly skilled IT Professional with strong analysis & delivery capabilities to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all business requirements are gathered, documented, and met. This role requires a blend of facilitation expertise and business analysis skills to effectively bridge the gap between stakeholders, functional and technical teams.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and manage multiple changes/sprints/small projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope.
- Develop detailed plans, including timelines, milestones for delivery
- Monitor progress and track as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and document business requirements.
- Analyse and prioritize requirements based on business needs and feasibility with the Functional and Technical Teams
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams.
- Ensure all requirements are clear, complete, and aligned with business objectives.
- Adhere to Workday Services Risk & Controls standards throughout the change lifecycle to ensure compliance.
- Drive the adoption of changes within the business and Workday Services environments, ensuring all required documentation, communications and training is delivered to schedule and standards.
- Managing the interface between Change Management and Service Delivery, ensuring Knowledge Base is updated to reflect changes and Service/Support team is briefed.
- Monitor and track resource availability ensuring maximum utilisation through dynamic alignment of deliverables
What you'll need:
- Experience with management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
- Strong Stakeholder Management
- Ability to drive a delivery forward in a complex organisation
- Understanding of WAGILE and Dev Ops delivery methodology including project lifecycles and test cycles
- Experience of managing all adoption-related activities, including communications, documentation and training
- Transition of change to BAU, including managing knowledge management and service support impacts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A solid understanding of both ITIL and Agile delivery principles
- A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience of HR, Finance and Professional Services Applications, such as Workday or other Tier 1 ERP would be an advantage.
- Experience of Change Management within Jira/Confluence and ServiceNow and advantage.
