About the Role: 


  • Addressing inquiries and complaints effectively by email, Slack, and in person
  • Assist in developing a professional and tranquil work atmosphere for all employees
  • Must be able to think on their feet quickly and respond to last-minute requests
  • Innovative techniques to improve the employee experience while cutting costs.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of procurement and inventory management
  • Building relationships with other departments and internal stakeholders
  • Encourages inclusive workplace culture

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Three years of experience in workplace and facilities management  with a reputed organization
  • Full-time onsite position from 6PM to 3AM five days a week. This position is not remote or hybrid
  • Hands-on experience on Microsoft Excel, Google slides, Google Sheets, PowerPoint and other applications
  • Prior experience working with third-party providers
  • Expertise in data configuration and record keeping
