About the Role:
- Addressing inquiries and complaints effectively by email, Slack, and in person
- Assist in developing a professional and tranquil work atmosphere for all employees
- Must be able to think on their feet quickly and respond to last-minute requests
- Innovative techniques to improve the employee experience while cutting costs.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Deep understanding of procurement and inventory management
- Building relationships with other departments and internal stakeholders
- Encourages inclusive workplace culture

What We’re Looking For:
- Three years of experience in workplace and facilities management with a reputed organization
- Full-time onsite position from 6PM to 3AM five days a week. This position is not remote or hybrid
- Hands-on experience on Microsoft Excel, Google slides, Google Sheets, PowerPoint and other applications
- Prior experience working with third-party providers
- Expertise in data configuration and record keeping
